Maintenance Supervisor, Host Couple - Walla Walla, WA

We are a small, locally family-owned RV park that operates year-round. (89 full hook-up sites) Our busy season runs from April-October. We are looking for the right couple or individual to take a lead role in maintaining our grounds and buildings.

Looking for someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to details and asthetics. This includes but is not limited to maintaining and fixing equipment as needed (riding lawn mower, weed eater, mowers, etc) repair and maintenance to company work truck, cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and office building daily, mowing, watering, fertilizing, repairing irrigation as necessary, trimming, etc. Must be skilled in irrigation, light electrical repairs, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry and trouble-shooting. Jack of all trades desired. Must be able to work independently, manage a small crew and be highly adept at time management. Pleasant personality and willingness to work with a team is a must. Hosting would be negotiable, and there could be a customer service opportunity for the right fit. This could be a couple OR individual. We are flexible in duties and responsibility as long as at least one person can take a lead role in directing our grounds and buildings. We desire a well-rounded couple, but are willing to work with finding the right fit.
