We are seeking a pair or couple interested in living and working as a maintenance and guest services duo on the property with some work on surrounding properties. Both applicants must apply separately; one to the Guest Services Technician and one to the Maintenance Operations Technician. Blue Ridge property 

START DATE: May 2021
DURATION: 6-month term

BASE WORK & HOUSING LOCATION: Blue Ridge property on American Prairie 

PN property 

START DATE: April 2021
DURATION: 8-month term
BASE WORK & HOUSING LOCATION: PN property on American Prairie

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Operations Manager
SUPERVISES: None
HOURS: Full time at 40 hours per week, typically 4 work days at 10 hours per day with some variation depending on operational demands.
WAGE: $16 per hour with overtime for hours over 40 in a workweek.

Maintenance Operations Technician

JOB PURPOSE: This skilled laborer position assists in the operation, caretaking, and restoration of American Prairie infrastructure including land, buildings, vehicles and equipment. Work includes completing maintenance, repairs, construction, upkeep, cleaning, and monitoring to foster an enjoyable and safe environment for staff, guests and public visitors.

Guest Services Technician

JOB PURPOSE: This laborer position performs housekeeping and light maintenance to support hosted and semi-hosted guests.  The work includes a variety of duties to monitor, clean, and prepare facilities and grounds to ensure an enjoyable and safe environment. This position assists with the hosting of guests and the administrative processes to manage guest services.
