Maintenance /Landscaper/Asst Mgr Couple - Apple Valley, CA

Wanted a couple for a maintenance/landscaper/asst mgr for a 55+, 5 star community in So. Calif. Experience required in electrical, plumbing, lawn care, sprinkler repair, meter reading, general grounds keeping, office work, must have knowledge of small sewer system operations.
