Maintenance Inn Keepers Couple/ Property Managers For Hotel - BRANSON, MO

Looking for a couple to live on the premises.  This is a long term/nightly/weekly run hotel located on The Strip in Branson.  Couple must be able to do a little of all kinds of maintenance required.

PREFERRED A COUPLE WITHOUT KID

Also must be able to Check-In customers in the hotel. 

Job includes room and board and some salary.

Couple is basically on call 24 hours.  Does not happen often, but can.  

Job Description:

All around maintenance.  

Check in customers when required.  SOME front desk, work involved

Be able to handle customers in a friendly, polite and be firm at the same time.  Be able to deal with different types of people and know how to manage them.

Be a self starter.  Have initiative.
