Maintenance Couple - San Luis Obispo County, CA

Full time maintenance couple wanted to maintain a large property in San Luis Obispo County, California area.  No children please.  Must be mature, financially independent, responsible persons with previous experience and references. Please submit your resume and let us know about your qualifications for this position.  A credit and criminal check will be ordered for each applicant.  A mobile home is provided with utilities as well as a small monthly payment of $2,000.00.

Ideal persons are can do persons who are trustworthy, are in excellent health, have great communication skills and are drug free.  Your responsibilities will be maintaining the property, keeping the main home clean at all times, irrigating and maintaining plants, keeping grounds and drains clean and free of weeds and debris,and keeping the property secure.  Previous experience with handyman repairs, carpentry and plumbing skills, maintaining irrigation systems, gardening and housekeeping skills required.  Experience operating blowers, weed whackers and chainsaws are also required.  Must have a current driver's license, registration and insurance of vehicle (truck preferred).  One person can work off of the property.
