Looking for retired Couple to caretake a home - Murrieta, CA

We are looking for a retired couple to maintain a Ranch style property in Murrieta Ca. We would provide housing on property and utilities. All we are asking is for grounds to be maintained outside and the main estate be cleaned weekly. 

This is a large Property but simple maintenance is being asked. Provided is a two bedroom two bath home to live in that is a Brand New custom Built home. We are looking for long term possibilites.  Job would start ASAP. Back ground checks required and prefer bonding but owner would do at his expense if needed.
