Looking for Live-In Innkeepers to Operate 9 Room B&B - Cape May, NJ

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated Innkeeper (individual or couple) who is excited to join our Mason Cottage family.  Here, you will find a place where your personality and ideas are as appreciated as much as the work you do.  Candidates must have a ‘Guest’s First’ attitude, comfortable speaking with people and have a professional appearance. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cooking & serving breakfast/afternoon refreshments, making reservations, social media, guest services, cleaning (must be able to walk up/down several flights of stairs throughout the day) and grounds/building maintenance.  Must have good references, be extremely detail oriented, able to adjust in changing situations, problem solver and multi-tasker.  Prior hospitality experience a must. 

Compensation package will include salary, on-site housing & paid utilities, performance bonuses and health insurance.  Non-smoking, no children (well-behaved, non-barking dog is OK- Strict on NO cats).  Please send resume & salary requirements
