Looking for a full-time couple to work with us at our mountain ranch resort - Grant, CO

We are looking for a couple who can help us in our business and complement each other.  We are seeking a full-time maintenance employee as well an all-around employee that can help support the owners.

As the Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor, you have a dedication to the job, to yourself, and to the improvement of Tumbling River’s facilities. Our ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has knowledge of general building maintenance, and enjoys working with tools and equipment.

Day To Day

Manage the maintenance department. Typically, 2-4 college-aged kids for the summer season

Supervise and designate daily and weekly routine

Responsible for the upkeep of the facilities

Order all materials needed for stock and maintain inventory

Gather bids on projects for budget preparations

Oversee care and maintenance of ranch vehicles

Able to do minor repairs

Able to manage multiple properties

Troubleshoot issues

We are busy, busy May through October. The off-season comes with a much slower pace and projects to improve our busy months.

Your Skills

· General maintenance experience including plumbing, basic electrical, paint, drywall, and other general interior maintenance skills including, building repair, maintenance, and/or construction experience

· Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

· High level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations (pool, appliance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, trucking.)

· Capable of working with your staff in manual labor

· Ability to work in inclement weather

· Great time management skills

· Legally able to work in the U.S. and a valid driver's license

· Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

· Ability to work with power tools and equipment.
