Bonus Qualifications:
- Previous Property Management Experience
- Military Background or Teaching Background
- College Education (Of any kind)
- Plumbing, electric or general contractor abilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Problem solving issues related to the property or residents
- Enforcement of rules to maintain order and upkeep of property
- Maintaining and enforcing collections
- Selling & Leasing Units To New Residents
- Available on-site and on the phone during business hours to residents or potential residents and customers
- Keep daily, weekly and monthly communication with upper management
- Expected to be available at all times during emergencies
Compensation
- Base salary (dependent on qualifications)
- Bonus for selling units to new residents
- Bonus for new residents joining the community
- Free On-Site Housing (Rent)
