We are seeking an experienced Office Manager & Maintenance Manager couple for a full-time, year-round position in a 100-unit complex that has a pool and spa. This position requires onsite living (lodging and utilities included) located in the beautiful High Sierra ski resort town of Mammoth, California.

Experience at a resort complex or hospitality/hotel experience is preferred.  The office manager will focus on the customer experience, and handle reservations along with administrative duties. In the office, working knowledge of a computer-based reservation system is preferred. Besides excellent customer service skills, must be very well organized, work well with people, be detail-oriented, and have good communication skills both verbal and written.  Proficiency in scheduling, maintaining social media profiles, monitoring, and answering customer requests is required. Both positions require the ability to think outside of the box and manage challenging issues as they arise.

The maintenance manager will be responsible for day-to-day hands-on maintenance and upkeep of the resort, including operating snow removal equipment in winter. The maintenance manager will interface with guests, contractors, and a maintenance assistant living on-site. The maintenance manager should have general knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, pool/spa operation, and maintenance, landscaping with irrigation maintenance, and general day-to-day operations of the condo complex. Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be accountable for duties & projects.
