Long term caretakers for short term rental - Hotchkiss, CO

Looking for a long-term responsible couple to caretake a secluded 4-bedroom authentic adobe home as a short-term vacation rental in rural western Colorado in exchange for free rent in an 800 sf apartment separate from the main house.

No salary. Responsibilities include cleaning the house in between guests, lawn and garden irrigation and landscape maintenance. Located on 40 acres adjacent to public lands overlooking the West Elk Wilderness. Approximately 10 minute drive into the Town of Hotchkiss.
