Lodge/Restaurant Management Team - North Creek, NY

We are looking for a management team for a 25 room hotel/restaurant/bar in the Adirondacks of Upstate, NY. Located 4 miles from a premier ski area, we are very busy in the winter and summer. Our restaurant seats 60 with additional outside dining. Fully renovated in the past few years, the property is Adirondack cozy with nice size rooms and easy access to hiking, biking, skiing.

The ideal candidates would be a working team with hotel, restaurant and maintenance experience. We don't expect an expert level in any of these areas. We will hire support staff including a full time cook, cleaning and laundry attendants. For major projects we will bring in trades people to do the work.

If you like to ski, this is a perfect gig. After guests are fed breakfast, you have most of the morning and some of the afternoon to make your turns on the hill or go cross country skiing. In the summer, there are hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails available for you to explore. Whitewater rafting and paddling in innumerable lakes and streams

Compensation based on experience and, to a great degree on enthusiasm.
