Live-in-Teaching Couple - Marquette, MI

 Servicing trouble children for over 31 years, Teaching Family Homes provides care for children starting at the age of 5 through 18 with the hope of the children returning to their families or transition into foster care homes. We are a non-profit organization and are located in Marquette, Michigan on the shore of Lake Superior.

We are seeking singles and maried couples to work in our homes with 8 children. We have four homes on our campus and one home off campus.  We staff three homes with married couples, that are supported by staff and two homes are  shift staff  to allow for consistency for the children and adequate time off for staff.  Teaching Family Homes uses the Teaching Family Model of childcare. Our forty acre campus includes a school, homes, recreational facilities, hiking and snowshoe trails, and the administrative office.
