Live-in Self Storage Managers - Dallas, TX

We are seeking a motivated husband and wife couple looking to become self-storage managers.  This position will be a full-time manager roll at one of our 5 area locations.  The husband and wife would live onsite at the property in which they manage.  We are a small family owned self storage company.  As stated, we have 5 area locations-2 Dallas locations (Walnut Hill/635 and 75/Forrest), Addison, Mesquite, and Allen.  We pride oursleves on our mangerial team, they are the best in the business.  Our manager's are an important part of our business

The perfect candidates must have good communication and people skills.  They must all possess computer skills, all of our leasing and bookkeeping is done on the computer.  Previous self storage experience is a plus.  Fluent in English, bilingual would be a plus!  Reliable transportation a must.  Most of the time will be spent in the office, but you may be required to show a unit, sweep out and clean a unit, and clean up around the facility.
