Live-in security/handman/housekeeping for a mature couple - Upstate NY, NY

We are seeking a mature, non-smoking couple to reside on an historic camp in the Adirondack Mountains.   Ideally they will be a retired couple that could provide security and first response in the event of an emergency for times when other employees are not present, typically on weekends and nights.  Basic mechanical skills are necessary to handle small repairs that come up at night or on the weekends.  Housekeeping duties are needed during the summer months, as well as some kitchen help.  One or both people are required to be on the property during nights and weekends as a security measure.  During the winter months the couple will be responsible for snow removal on a 1.5 mile stretch of road.   High quality housing is provided as a part of their salary.
