Live-In Residential Caretaker/Dog Sitter (Couple) - Coogee Western Australia

We require a live-in couple or single person to look after our four dogs during business hours, to complete general house cleaning duties in exchange for free accommodation, food, wifi and local calls. 

Our home is a large two Storey residential property only 1km from Coogee Beach and 10 minutes to Fremantle via public transport. It is currently undergoing major renovation so there is opportunity to earn extra income depending on your skills. There is also a pool to use at your own leisure. 

You must loves dogs! We have four dogs. 3 large. 1 small. All friendly. Two are only one year old, whom eat anything if left alone at home for long periods. You will not be required to take the dogs off the property as we will take them for their walks, unless in an emergency. You will not be required to feed them either as we will do that, but we would like you to ensure that their water is topped up and fresh. 

General cleaning duties will include daily vacuuming, general area tidy up, dish washing and possibly some clothes washing if we get to far behind. 

You will only be required Monday to Friday during the day while we are at work. Generally between the hours of 7am and 5pm. If you are a couple, it won't be necessary for you both to be present at the same time during these times if you do not wish.
