WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?

A lovely family is seeking a live-out domestic couple or two individuals to care for their Southampton home.

The family needs someone full-time and year around. However, the family only lives in the home full-time during the summer season. The rest of the year, they visit for holidays, long weekends, etc., but need a housekeeper and houseman to care for it year around and will offer a competitive annual salary. Responsibilities will be museum quality cleaning of the home, home maintenance, laundry, help with cooking, setting up beach equipment (umbrellas/towels), liaison with vendors and making sure the home is kept up to standard during the off season. It is a sea-side home, so it must be monitored and cared for during the winter season as well. The candidates must be extremely detail oriented, adaptable, proactive, able to problem solve and very autonomous. The family needs a couple who will work major holidays and long weekends when the family comes up in the off season. Experience cooking in a Kosher home would be a plus, but not mandatory. Although they would ideally like a couple, they're very open to separate individuals working as a housekeeper and as a houseman.
