Our client is searching nationally for a hands on Domestic Couple
GREAT COOK/CHEF A PLUS
Our client is Building a new home on the Inlet; 4,100 sf 7,500sf covered area including garage, deck, etc.
Full-time position working for a woman and her partner. Work requires them to travel frequently and regularly; house and pet sitting required. Assist with packing and unpacking and air port shuttles. Keep home in excellent condition, maintain the decks and pool. Cleaning, cooking required. Manage all vendors and service providers needed in the new home. Run errands, manage inventory and track all dry cleaning. Keep calendars up to date, write a maintenance schedule for the home, pool, decks, 28ft Chaparral Boat, 43ft RV and small condo in NC. Assist with personal shopping as needed and assist with entertaining (usually casual dinner parties) Care for two small dogs with love and care; feed, water and exercise.
Housekeeping: Keep home clean, neat and organized daily, clean entire home on a rotating basis to maintain all areas of the home.
Clean office once a week; currently Friday afternoons 2 hours (within walking distance of new home) Laundry and ironing required.


Cooking: Menu planning, grocery shopping, prepare healthy meals. Stock and keep fresh food & drinks available. Assist with entertaining (serving, bartending, valet); casual dinner parties EOW, one formal event a year, assist when entertaining clients, coordinate with caterers and employers. Bring lunch to the office occasionally ensure employers eat right and don’t skip meals.

Groundskeeping: Large Landscape project at the new home; raised beds for vegetable garden, maybe a cutting garden, mostly flower pots and containers. Deck maintenance, keep the deck clean and free of debris at all times, preventative maintenance. Maintain outdoor pool and two vehicles.

Requirements: Private service experience, above average culinary abilities, service skills, can multi-task.

Housing: Prefer Live-out; Condo’s and rental property next door.
Employer will provide off-site housing until Home in complete.

Multiple Homes: This is primary residence but own a small condo in NC

Schedule: Typical five days a week with flexibility.
Day off: TBD
Hours: 40 hours each per week

Travel: Couple travels frequently and consistently for work; pet and housesitting.
