Live Onsite Motel Managers (two person team) - Ritzville, WA

We are looking for honest, dependable, and hardworking team. Salary plus additional benefits include fully paid managers suite for two residents with kitchen (no pets & no smoking).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Will be required to check-in/check-out guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Accurately process and monitor all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.

· Other responsibilities include inspecting units and completed service requests, light turnover cleaning when needed, common area maintenance, scheduling service and repair work, conducts bi-weekly inspections of property, etc.

· Oversees housekeeping and maintenance.

· Reports all issues directly to Managing Director.

· Will be required to be on call 24x7.

· Must be willing to execute other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1+ years property management or hotel experience

· 1+ years management experience

· 1+ years customer service experience and must possess good customer service skills

· Strong oral and written communication, organizational and electronic record-keeping skills
