Live-In Motel Working Couple - Fernie, BC

Live-In Working Couple is required for a 38 room motel in Fernie, BC. We are offering a competitive salary, accommodations, days off and paid vacation time. This position requires an energetic couple working together to complete all the responsibilities of the motel. We are looking for a couple with excellent customer service skills, friendly & professional. Mainentance & previous motel experience an asset. No children or pets please.

Responsibilities:

• Front desk, bookings/reservations, mail & phone inquiries
• Reservation Management
• Marketing
• Guest Services
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Basic property repair & maintenance as necessary
• Landscaping & grounds maintenance
• Maintain pool/hot tub
• 4 days/month off
• 7 days/week, 24hrs/day for school holidays (July, Aug, Christmas, spring break)
• Low season renovation projects & deep cleaning

Compensaton:

• Competitive Monthly Salary, Bonus incentive
• 2 weeks paid vacation in the low season
• Semi-furnished 2 bedroom apt behind front desk & private outside entrance (includes utilities, cable & internet)
