Live-In Motel Manager(s)– Energetic, Friendly Couple to manage a 36 room Motel located in Cortez, Colorado. The candidates must be well organized, self-motivated, good customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities: Checking in, Reservation Monitoring, Scheduling staff, daily financial reports, ordering supplies, some laundry. (Manager’s quarters are non smoking or pets)  Managers appartment renovated in January 2018, 900 sq. ft. One bedroom, full kitchen with new appliances.
