Live-In Managers Wanted - La Junta, CO

We are looking for an on site energetic, reliable, mature couple to manage a 30-room motel in southeast Colorado.  This is a full time position with furnished living accommodations provided.

The ideal candidates will be organized, self-motivated, and able to be part of a team. 

You must able to:

-         Manage staff and daily operations

-         Take reservations via phone and internet

-         Process daily reports and nightly close-out reports

-         Set-up breakfast area daily

-         Assist housekeeping/laundry and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

-         Hotel/motel experience preferred but not required

-         Strong computer skills required – Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer

-         Excellent customer service skills and strong phone etiquette

-         No pets – no exceptions

-         Be able to work well under pressure and multitask

Compensation:

-         Depends on qualifications and experience

-         Includes on-site, furnished housing and all utilities paid
