Live-In Managers - Sparta, TN

We are located in Sparta, TN right by Center Hill Lake and Burgess Falls State Park.  Our resort includes 27 full hook-up RV sites and a General Store/Restaraunt. We are seeking a Husband and Wife team to live on site in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home provided by the property.

Experience at RV parks, mobile home parks, retail and restaurants are preferred.  Must have experience managing employees, leading teams. The Managers will focus on the customer experience and work closely with the owner to add value to the park and drive new revenue streams.

Working knowledge of computer campground reservation systems mandatory. Besides excellent customer service skills, must be very well organized, work well with people, and have good communication skills.  Managers will handle all applicant paperwork and verify suitability of extended stay guests.  

Managers will be responsible for operating the general store/restaurant. Managers will interface with contractors, vendors, and local businesses. Managers must have general knowledge in retail store, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general day-to-day operations of the RV resort. 

Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and provide weekly updates to the owner.  Compensation will depend on experience and performance.
