Candidate we hire will have:

● 2+ years managing mobile home park experience

● Customer service oriented

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Possession of a valid driver’s license

● Successful passing of background check

Duties include:

● Maintain and repair premises, units and common areas

● Record & keep required maintenance records

● Collect rent
