LIVE IN MANAGEMENT COUPLE FOR RETREAT CENTER IN SPAIN - Vilafranca del Penedés - Vilafranca del Penedés Spain

We are looking for full time experienced live in couple to manage smooth running of our renovated masía (country house) which consist of three houses with private bedrooms and one house with activity room and dormitory for 20 people. Houses are used to accommodate mostly families during summer months and bigger groups who are coming for weekends during the rest of the year.

The role is offered to hands-on energic couple who is able to take care about housekeeping, maintenance of houses and garden, security, swimming pool cleaning, front of house, preparing breakfast buffet, occasionally serve dinners. Although this is not 5* hotel but rural house we are looking for people who has good eye for a detail and can keep good standard of everything that comes with running a small hospitality business. We need someone who enjoys being around animals as there are five dogs (you would be responsible walking just three of them) and one pig living on site. There will be extra part time help to come in at busy times. 

We need trustworthy couple without kids, with references who speak good English and Spanish (at least one of you), have a driving license and their own transportation. Our masía is in the middle of very famous wine region Penedés, 3 km of the closest village, 15 min drive to big town and just 45 min from Barcelona. The job is long term, ideally for 2 years with extension possible starting ASAP.
