Live in Lodge Managers

Our newly renovated charming mountain lodge needs a dynamic management team.

We are excited to again become the number one favorite spot in the area.

 We renovated phase One. They look amazing.

Now need the right caring team players to accomplish this. 

The lodge has 25 completely remodeled rooms, a restaurant and a bar. 

Very popular with the locals.

The lodge is well located (5 minutes drive) near the famous Gore Mountain Ski Resort.

The Lodge is surrounded by beautiful pure nature which attracts guests in the summer and fall as well. During these seasons guests enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, fishing and hunting in the area. 

We are looking for a management couple who can primarily manage the lodge,
good marketing skill, maintain and improve operations.

Any experience on managing a restaurant and bar, is a plus, but not necessary.

If you are energetic, have a can do attitude and care about people and their experience while staying in our lodge, and are always open to make things better for the best results possible. We would love to hear from you.

Candidates MUST have the following to be considered: 

• Recent management experience in Hotel/Motel Management.

• Maintenance experience 

(Must know how to use power and non-power tools for light handy work)

• Customer service oriented

• Computer proficiency, including Windows, Word, Excel and Gmail.

• Experience with QuickBooks (not required)

• Possession of a valid driver’s license

• Successful passing of background check

• Good health state

Duties include:

• Checking in/out guests

• Maintenance and repairs

• Record & keep required operational and maintenance records

• Routine cleaning of rooms and common areas

We offer: 

• Full time position

• Free managers apartment on premises (2 bedroom)

• Paid utilities, including cable and internet

• Monthly salary of $3000 to $5000 depending on experience and perks desired

• plus Bonuses based on performance and occupancy
