Live-In Domestic Couple - Miami Beach, FL

Live-In Domestic Couple Miami Beach Florida. The household consist of a  couple and two children. The schedule is live-in, five days per week including weekends, two days off during the week. 

Job Duties;

• Household management
• Cooking, food and beverage service
• Daily housekeeping, internal & external
• Houseman duties, Detailed deep cleaning, light repairs
• Personal laundry, care for fine garment, household linen
• Pack and un-pack luggage for travel
• Grocery shopping
• Purchasing, Inventory control, re- stocking
• Help plan events, flower arrangements,
• Contractor supervision, getting estimates
• Some administrative task, like ordering supplies, renewing car registration
• Flexible to travel between Miami & 2nd home in New York
• Taking care of the dogs

Job Requirements;

• Minimum Five Years Estate, Private Household or related experience.
• Frequent Travel between New York & Miami
• Child Friendly
• Solid work history and willing to commit long-term
• Light Cooking Experience preferred
• Must Live In
• Able to work well with other staff

Live-In Accommodation: Private detached apartment on property
