LIve in Caretaker Wanted - Jellico, TN

I have a 56 year old mentally handicapped sister. I am looking for an mature individual, couple or family who would like to live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Jellico, TN rent free in exchange for taking care of her. You will need to pay for the utilities, cable, and keep the home in good shape.

I will pay for the home taxes. Home health care will take care of her bathing needs 3 times a week. She just needs to use one bedroom, and have meals prepared for her. She will also need access to her television so she can watch her favorite shows. I live with my husband in Oak Ridge, and will travel up to Jellico to help when you need to go on vacation. She is very quiet and easy to take care of.
