Lawn Maintenance Contract Whatshan Lake Retreat Centre - BC

Description:   The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in lawn maintenance, be of a profession, personable and friendly disposition and able to work efficiently and meticulously providing general lawn and trimming care to our retreat grounds. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a 1 half day/week position.

Tasks include:  Mow and water site lawns, trim around buildings and general site aesthetics, general lawn care, ensure compliance with retreat site operations and safety protocols.

Contract Requirements:  Our ideal candidate has experience in operating a riding lawnmower and utilizing small equipment such as:  trimmer, chainsaw.  Experience in operating an underground sprinkling system.  Able to provide light maintenance to machinery.  Be able to work in a team environment.  Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs.

This is a contracted position starting.  The candidate must be available during the period of April. 15th - October. 15th, 2021.  The season will be dependent on weather conditions.
