Lake Property Caretakers - Theodosia, MO

We are looking for year around or summer caretakers for our lakehouse property. This would involve the following: 1. Mowing 2. Dock moving 3. General cleaning - pressure washing, gutters, floors and dock 4. Tree cutting and clearing 5. General tasks and help with projects This is a unique opportunity. We are offering either a mobile home rent free or an rv site. It is the Caretakers choice. We are looking for a longer term Tennant that is honest and reliable. This is probably 10 - 20 hours a week.

Benefits include free rent, free water and sewer. You only pay electric. Tenant can also use dock for swimming and other activities. No drugs allowed. Families welcome. Theodosia is a small town about an hour from branson, mo. The lake is Bull Shaols and offers amazing fishing and water sports. The land is 27 acres with a 4 stall dock. You will have privacy. Winter time there is little to nothing to do. Summer time I need help with everything from getting the boats in the water to cleaning the property. It's a paradise..
