Position: Bilingual Management/Caretaking Couple 

Location: Cabo Pulmo, Baja California Sur, Mexico 

About Us: Nestled on the shores of the mesmerizing Sea of Cortez, our paradise offers unparalleled snorkeling, diving, and outdoor adventures in the renowned Cabo Pulmo National Park. Our property encompasses a three-bedroom, two-bath luxury home complete with underground and infinity pools, blending seamlessly into the natural landscape. The home is fully air-conditioned, solar-powered, and completely off the grid, ensuring an eco-friendly and sustainable experience.

Responsibilities: As our Management couple, you will have the exciting opportunity to be at the helm of a one-of-a-kind property. Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract guests to our luxury home and eco RV park.

Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring impeccable standards are maintained. This includes supervising the landscaping, property and pool maintenance, and coordinating housekeeping services in order to preserve the overall appearance and functionality of the facilities.

Reservations Management: Efficiently manage reservations and guest inquiries, providing timely and personalized responses to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize occupancy.

Coordination: Collaborate with all team members to ensure seamless guest experiences. 

Promote Sustainability: Embrace and promote our commitment to eco-friendly practices, aligning with our solar-powered, off-the-grid philosophy and respect for the natural beauty of Cabo Pulmo National Park.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with guests and the local community. 
• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, and/or a related field is highly desirable. 
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in marketing strategies and promotion techniques
• Good health
• A genuine love for nature and the sea, understanding the appeal of the nearby Cabo Pulmo National Park
• RV required must be willing to drive down the Baja to Cabo Pulmo
• Mexican work visa
