JOB OPENING: Dynamic Duo Position - Cooke City, MT

We need a Dynamic Duo who will take on the position of running our small business located just 4 miles from Yellowstone National Park Year Round.

Come spend your days off exploring Yellowstone National Park, Beartooth Mountains, Fishing, Hiking and Exploring our area.

This position is for 2 people.  We are a family business and we ask that our couple be nonsmoking and no heavy drinking.  No Children or Pets Allowed.  No Singles and No Families.  Must be able to pass a drug test and random testing while employed.

Couple must be physically able to make beds, do laundry, clean bathrooms and be in good health overall.  This is a PHYSICAL job with steps.

We are looking for a couple that is honest, energetic, hard working, business minded, very outgoing, friendly and can handle any situation that may arise in a calm manner.  Must be able to work as if the business were your own. We are looking for a long-term committment.

When needed you will be required to do light maintenance like plumbing, electrical,  painting and maintain propety and take care of flowers etc.

Must be willing to CLEAN  AND TIDY ROOMS DAILY and adhere to cleaning procedures.  You must make sure rooms are turned prior to the 3 PM check-in time.  You will be responsible for all LAUNDRY DAILY.  You will be required to manage guest reservations by Phone, Online, and Walk In with a professional and courteous manner.  Check Guests In/Out of rooms, and take credit card payments.  Proficiency with computers, email, internet and social media a MUST.  Complete daily balancing and reports as needed.  Experience with Resnexus Reservation system, Booking.Com and Air BNB a PLUS. 

The 2 person team will be living and working together on the premises 24/7.  Our office is closed 9 PM to 8 AM but you would need to be available if urgent needs arise from the guests There is a process for late check-ins to keep you from staying up after the office is closed.

Couple will live free of charge onsite in our 2011 nonsmoking, completely furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with all utilities/wifi//cable paid in addition to your salary.  It also has a private back deck.  Time off will be an alternating schedule of working 5 days one week and 6 the next week.  You must work weekends.  Compensation includes base salary of $1800/month Depending on Experience Salary will be more.  We also offer seasonal bonuses.

We are looking for a start date of May 1st or before Memorial Day.
