Innkeepers - Sanibel Island, FL

Great opportunity for a couple with experience in hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.  We are a 10-unit, child and pet friendly, classic Florida motel on the beach on Sanibel Island.  Live and work on one of the best shelling beaches in the world. 

Salary plus bonus plan.  Housing and utilities provided.  This is not just an office job.  Couple must be both physically fit and computer savvy.  Office duties include reservations, guest interaction, basic marketing and bookkeeping.  Physical labor involves interior and exterior maintenance, including pool, assisting/overseeing housekeepers; handy person jobs range from painting to minor plumbing, carpentry, and electric.  5 day/6 day alternating work weeks.  On call 24 hours.  Assist Innkeepers at sister motel on that couple's day(s) off.
