Small Mom and Pop Vacation Cabins Operation,(8 Cabins), in Franklin NC is looking for a healthy, semi retired, energetic, couple with income that wants to live 2 hours from Atlanta in the Mountains.

Open April 1 to Dec.31. Couple may live on site year round or travel on off months. Does not require 7/24. There is free time for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Responsibilities:
Guest check in, Guest Maintenance.
Housekeeping, Grounds Keeping
Banking, Record Keeping
Oversee all aspects of the business.

Position Requires:
Self-Motivation
Excellent People Skills
Knowledge of financials, property upkeep, and sales.
Computer skills
Must live on site
Background Check

Compensation:
Cottage, electric, water, cable, Internet, phone, $500 per month, plus bonus on rental Goals.
3 months off.
