Innkeepers - Eastern Shore, VA

We are looking for a goal driven management couple for our small but
extremely well-kept lodging.

A background in Inn-keeping, Hotel/Motel management is preferred.

The couple in this position must have a high energy level, eye for
details, friendly attitude, excellent organizational skills, and positive
mindset with a pleasant personality.  This position is a live-in position
so please only apply if you are interested in living on the property.

The couple must be able to work well independently, self-starting, enjoys
serving customers, excellent social skills, multitasking abilities, some
accounting and computer skills, manage other part-time staff, maintain
computer system and develop creative ways to promote business.

Duties include:- front desk duties, emails, website updates, housekeeping,
laundry, maintenance, grounds-keeping (riding mower) pruning,
weed-wacking.

Initial interviews can be held via phone but the final interview will be
required on the property in Eastern Virginia. Background checks will be
conducted also.
