Innkeepers - Assistant Managers of Gulf Front Motel on Sanibel Island, Florida

Working couple needed to assist owner of this Gulf front 10-unit classic Florida motel on Sanibel Island. All motel corridors are exterior and cover a 600 foot range.  Live and work in a secluded island neighborhood with the biggest and best shelling beach in Florida, rated number 1 on Trip Advisor for location. Salary, housing, utilities, and reimbursements paid.  Office duties include reservations, guest interaction, updating computer systems, basic bookkeeping.  Physical labor involves responsibility for all interior and exterior property, including assisting chambermaid and cleaning on maid's day off (guest rooms are cleaned only on departure); laundry done on premises; hand man jobs ranging from mowing to pool care, to routine plumbing and electric. Golf cart available, but couple must be physically fit. 5-day / 6-day work week, on call 24 hours except days off.  Must assist at sister motel on that couple's day(s) off.
