Innkeepers - 13 room Boutique Motel in the White Mountains of Northern Arizona - Heber / Overgaard, AZ

Looking to hire an Active Couple as Innkeepers for our 13 room lodge in Heber / Overgaard, Arizona -  Elevation +- 6600ft. 

 3 hour drive from Phoenix - 40 minutes drive from Show Low, AZ and 50 minutes from Payson, AZ.  

Yes it could snow, however, won't stay long, but it does happen every year. 

White Mountain are a popular vacation area, hunters love it, great fishing, hiking, 4 wheeling and so much more.  

Duties Includes

• Daily operation include and not limited to: taking reservations (webreserv - will train), customer service, cleaning rooms, keeping the place looking great,  maintenance, landscape.
• Laundry ( towels, wash cloths, bedspreads & blankets). 
• Bed linens -  linen service picks up and delivers once a week.
• Inventroy & Quality control
• Website, Facebook, Yelp, Trip Advisor maintenance and monitoring.

Qualifications

• A Positive "Can Do" attitude.
• Friendly smile.
• Understanding what "customer experience" means.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proficient accounting skills.
• Organized  & Self starter.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs. ( we have 4 rooms on a second floor).
• Maintenance knowledge and ability to perform tasks that don't need a licensed contractor.
• References will be checked.
