Virginia Beach’s top-rated B&B seeks live-in innkeeping couple to run our eight guest room B&B, located two blocks from the Virginia Beach boardwalk and oceanfront.  Understated elegance, luxury spa services, and superior guest service are our hallmarks.

We require innkeepers with the fortitude for daily production of gourmet breakfasts for up to 22 guests in two seatings, who will roll-up their sleeves to do what's needed to ensure guest happiness or perform maintenance duties, who are interesting and fun to work with, who leave politics/religion/prejudice at the door, and who can juggle and multitask like no one’s business.

Diligence, detail-orientation, good attitude and a keen sense of humor required, along with understanding that teamwork is everything and no one is too good for any particular task. In exchange for these superpowers, We offer a thriving and exciting place to work, a fixed percentage of gross revenues--with a guaranteed minimum per pay period, plus tips and commissions on retail products we sell--even an annual bonus of 20% of our annual net profit, a fantastic front-facing second floor one bedroom innkeeper apartment, and 28 days per year of vacation to rest and rejuvenate. This is a role which can be highly independent for those with share vision and experience or an opportunity to learn from the experienced owners of the B&B who are actively involved and supportive as well.

ABOUT US:

Our Bed and Breakfast caters to discerning bed and breakfast lovers who are traveling to Virginia Beach.  Currently rated as a Three Diamond AAA Approved Lodging facility, we are working strategically towards earning a fourth diamond.  We feature a spa tower for our registered guests and we are the only Dr. Hauschka Authorized Treatment center in our region.  We value excellence more than speed, superior customer service over generic scripts... well, you get the idea!  We love our guests and we want them to love our B&B each and every time they stay with us.  

In addition to the two resident innkeepers being sought by this ad, we are staffed by two or three housekeepers, plus several massage therapists and a Master Esthetician.
