Innkeeper Couple Needed in Olympic National Forest on Beautiful Quinault River - Amanda Park, WA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Great opportunity for a couple in the beautiful WA state! Our wonderful innkeepers and property managers of 7 years have decided to retire and move back to the East Coast, presenting an opportunity for us to find our next wonderful innkeeper couple!
Our quaint hotel in the Olympic National Forest has 8 rooms that all face the peaceful Quinault River and the majestic Quinault Ridge mountains. There are also 5 RV sites, a fitness center, and an office which attaches to the on-site manager's home.
Managers' Responsibilities: Reservations, check-in, stripping rooms of used linens, laundering pillow cases/towels, and maintaining grounds (3.3 acres) and common areas.
Once or twice a week, managers need to go into town to drop off used sheets and pick up fresh sheets, so an SUV or truck with canopy is a necessity.
One of the managers will need to remain on-site at all times. Every other weekend in off-season, and every weekend in the peak-season, you will both get a day off to leave together when the owners come to relieve you (usually a Saturday).
We strive to maintain a peaceful retreat for our guests, and are seeking someone outgoing and friendly that will truly leave a positive impression, as you will be the face of the Quinault River Inn.
Things to do in the area include hiking, fishing, and lake activities. We have the most beautiful waterfalls in the Olympic National Forest! We are a quick 30 minute drive from Pacific Coast Beaches.
Annual Salary: $60K per couple.
Rent and utilities all covered.
