Innkeeper Couple - Boonsboro, MD

Our Inn is seeking a Resident Managing Innkeeper couple to manage its 8 room boutique hotel.  The Inn, which sits on the site of the first stone structure in Boonsboro, MD was restored by author Nora Roberts and her husband Bruce Wilder and opened to the public in February 2009.  Compensation includes a private, two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of the Inn. 

Duties includes management of all aspects of the inn which include:  management of staff, handling reservations and familiarity with reservation systems, greeting guests, check-in/check outs, housekeeping (with other team members), cooking (with other team members), social media, grocery and other shopping, phones, planning small events and guest packages, conducting tours, and serving evening wine and cheese.
