Innkeeper Couple for Bed and Breakfast - Fredericksburg, VA

Historic B&B located in Fredericksburg, Virginia seeks dynamic innkeeper couple.  An experienced, goal orientated couple with a passion for history, entertaining and creating an upscale guest experience, will best suit the needs of this beautifully restored 5 bedroomed bed and breakfast. 

The live-in couple will be required to manage and execute all the day to day bed and breakfast operations to include (but not limited to) cooking breakfast, general cleaning and laundry, coordinating social media and basic marketing needs, manage online room inventory, take reservations, book, coordinate and oversee all events, handle basic grounds keeping and property maintenance and will also be required to create and execute unique events that will encourage local participation.  The ideal couple should love people, must be extremely organized, proactive, self motivated, tidy, detailed orientated and outgoing. Non-smoking.

Salary package with bonuses based on experience and meeting of goals.  Position available from March 1, 2016.
