Immediate start to Lead and Manage a mid size Motel (Live-in) in the wine county - Yakima Valley WA

Live in mature and experienced couple to manage mid size motel in the Yakima Valley. Strong understanding of hospitality operation is required with 4 or more years experience in motel/hotel management industry. Manager’s suite will be provided
 

Basic Duties include:
Registering arriving guests, assigning rooms and checking out guests at the end of their stay. Answering telephone inquiries and addressing guest concerns in a professional member. Person will be required to keep records of room assignments and other registration-related information on computers. This position will also allow you to hone your leadership skills by assigning duties to junior staff members. We would also like this motivated candidate to help grow our business. Skills:
Minimum 3 -4 years or more experience in motel/hotel management industry.
Knowledgeable in marketing skills (to promote and grow the business)
Basic computer skills a must (Windows, excel, word, e-mail, fax, copy machines).
English and Spanish speaking skills will be ideal
Energetic, creative, resourceful, courteous, team oriented, honest, motivated, flexible, offering solutions to issues
Capable of handling day to day maintenance/basic repairs (hands on experience) of the Property
 

Requirements:
Position requires someone with a flexible schedule that can work various
shifts: day, evening and graveyard. Also the candidate needing to be flexible during the week and weekends/holidays is mandatory for this position.

This is live in position with 24/7 coverage. Other staff at hand on daily basis - Maids, Front desk employees to cover 2 shifts. Late night checkin/checkouts are expected
