Husband/Wife - Maintenance and Property Manager for well-established RV Park - Gilroy, CA

STRONG BASE SALARY+BONUS/INCENTIVES. HOUSING AND UTILITIES INCLUDED, AND VACATION: Our client is a national property management firm that features high end manufactured home communities as well as "Class A" RV resort communities across the US. They are seeking a dynamic couple (Community Manager AND Maintenance Manager) to oversee their RV Resort community located in scenic Gilroy, CA area.

The ideal couple will have strong managerial and maintenance attributes within the mobile home and/or RV space.

Job Requirements

THE COMMUNITY MANAGER: ?Previous knowledge in the mobile home and/or RV communities ?Excellent communications skills to interact in a positive fashion with all residents in guests. ?Experience increasing occupancies and maintaining solid retention percentages among residents. ?Operating within budgets, while stimulating profitability of mobile home and/or RV sites.

THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER: ?HANDS-ON...Conducting plumbing and electrical repair for RVs and/or mobile homes. ?Vast landscaping and ground maintenance used to enhance and maintain curb appeal ?Refurb and previous remodeling abilities ?Excellent customer service abilities with an engaging personality.

BOTH INDIVIDUALS MUST HAVE: ?Ability to work well as a couple without little supervision. Previous experience working collectively as a couple for the same community or RV resort establishment is a huge plus ?Previous track record of going over and above and exceeding expectations ?Detailed-Oriented, Self-Motivated, and Passionate ?Computer literate - Previous experience using various software application to facilitate and successfully complete tasks ?Results-driven, strong business acumen. ?Dynamic work ethic and ability to use integrity at all times.
