Husband and Wife Team for Small Mobile Home Community - Sebring, FL

We are looking for a self-motivated couple to manage a Mobile Home Community in Sebring FL. The team must live on property and a living quarters will be provided. One person will work in the office working with computer systems, residents, collecting rents, bank deposits, accounts payable, filing, and all other aspects of office work. The other person will work outside doing mowing, home depot runs, edging, painting, , light plumbing and electrical, and all other aspects of maintenance. We are looking to fill this position ASAP. Management Team would report directly to the owner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures
• Computer proficiency including MS Office and Excel
• Must be able to climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must pass  criminal background check
• Neat, clean and professional image while working or conducting company business
