Imagine Family Homes is changing the way America cares for children, families and communities by providing and promoting an Integrated Continuum of Care that instills IFH to strengthen body, mind and spirit.

As a Family Teaching Couple (legally married) you and your spouse are at the Heart of our Mission. You will live in our residential homes creating a family environment for our at-risk kids aging 6-18 who often have nowhere else to turn. After completing our two week in-house paid training, you will take on a life-changing mission by guiding, counseling, and helping to meet the emotional, educational and daily needs of our at-risk youth. We are looking to you to provide compassion, internal strength and competence for these kids.

If you and your spouse have a desire to help at-risk youth, can create a safe, nurturing and caring environment, can help them to succeed for the day and into the future, guide and counsel them on appropriate skills and behaviors and have a deep desire to provide them moral, spiritual and educational development - all of this to enrich their lives.

Requirements: must be at least 21 years of age; must be married for at least one year; minimum high school diploma; no more than three dependent children living with you at the present time; valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.

Position Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + room and board/all utilities/cable/internet
