Housekeeping/Landscaping/Front Desk Workamper Team! - Escalante, UT

Hello job candidates! We're currently seeking a housekeeping/landscaping couple or individual at our 8 room lodge in beautiful Southern Utah for the 2021 season - Previous experience from a housekeeping/landscaping/hospitality management couple or individual is perferred, but not absolutely necessary, as we're willing to train the right team!This position includes a fully paid hook-up site, within walking distance of the lodge & a $1,500.00 / month stipend for the couple. *THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE OWNERSHIP OF AN RV*

Our season is March through October/November, with the opportunity to leave by early November for travel until early March! We'd love to find a couple to return each season, that becomes familiar with our operations process. March - June & September/October are the busiest times of year, usually comprising of 20-25 hours a week per person, but July & August offer a nice break, with no more than usually 15 hours a week each person, or sometimes combined. *Pay does not change based on this seasonsal fluctuation, so no mattter how much or how little work there is, the pay will remain the same.

This role consists of all of the ins & outs of housekeeping/landscaping, including but limited to:

- Relieving Management team on their days off (houskeeping/front desk responsibilities)

- Housekeeping of the 8 rooms on site (2 days off a week, relieved by management) - most housekeeping days comprise of no more than 5 hours of work.

- Inventory Management - Keep track of Housekeeping supplies to inform managers when replenishment is necessary

- Organization of on-site laundry rooms

- Landscaping assistance including weed wacking, occasional landscaping projects, watering of fruit trees (arborist experience is great!), etc

- Front Desk relief on days off for management (can require you not to be on site, but available for all guests if needed)
