House Parents Wanted - SW Florida

Liberty Youth Ranch, located in beautiful southwest Florida, is prayerfully looking for ministry minded Christian couples to serve an important role in the Christian upbringing of children who are orphaned, abused, neglected or abandoned.

As an organization that serves long-term and permanently placed children requiring Basic Level of Service, our houseparents serve a parental role for children who have little hope of reuniting with family. Through houseparents, children experience Christ’s love in daily recreational, spiritual, and parental interactions that reinforce each child’s significance in our family oriented community.

Houseparents quite possibly play the most vital role in changing the lives of children on the Ranch. They model a Christ-centered marriage and provide a nurturing family environment. A mature Christian couple provides the day to day care for up to 8 children, which includes performing household duties, transporting the children, and providing recreational and spiritual opportunities.

The competitive salaries, private housing, all utilities and groceries paid, vehicle, along with medical insurance for your family and a 401(k) Retirement Plan reinforce the important role of those who feel “called” to full-time Christian ministry as a houseparent.

Couples must be married at least 3 years and have no more than 2 children living at home.
