Hotel/B&B collection General Manager/Innkeeper couple - Nantucket Island, MA

A seasonal 32 room boutique hotel/B&B on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts is seeking a full time Innkeeper/General Manager couple.  This position requires a HANDS-ON commitment of not only managing an approximately 15 person staff but pitching in when and where needed in every operating aspect including but not limited to reservations, guest services, , household duties such as cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.  Our #1 priority is our guests’ experience so a professional demeanor combined with strong guest service skills, an enthusiastic personality, and dedication and motivation to create and idyllic experience are required.  In addition, the business needs require the couple to have strong organizational and time management skills, computer skills, phone and communication skills, problem solving skills and an unrelenting eye for detail.  Experience in the hospitality industry is desired.  Compensation includes on-site housing, utilities, monthly salary and performance bonus.  If interested send cover letter, resume, photos and references via email.
