Hotel Representatives - Hershey area, PA

Looking for a couple to work at a midsize hotel in a rural town in Pennsylvania to join our team.

Job requirements are as follows:

Working the front desk checking guests into their rooms and answering phone taking reservations/cancellations and answering questions.

Work the overnight shift by answering the night window when office is closed.

You will not be required to do these hours awake the whole shift. We have a phone system that allows prospective guests to call your room extention for your services.

Work the breakfast time:

You will be responsible to get the breakfast ready and all set to go when the breakfast doors open.

There is no cooking involved. It is a mid size continental breakfast

Responsible for helping guests if needed

Cleaning the tables when a guest is finished

During this time, you will answer the phone if needed and accept the keys from departing guests

You will be responsible for cleaning the breakfast area when breakfast is finished

Taking inventory of items so we can order

Being very personable to the guests

After breakfast is finished:

Responsible for the laundry and laundry room (1 washer 2 dryers)

While waiting for a load of laundry to finish, you will walk the outside area for any trash or litter

Help with minor repairs, updates and maintenance

This job is perfect for a couple, that way the hours can be split up between the 2 of you.

This is a 7 days a week position

Compensation:

Salary, living quarters and stipend (commission)

The living quarters include:

water, sewer, trash, cable TV, WiFi, heat, AC and electric

This job is permanent and full time if you are the right couple. Needed immediately.

You must be able to pass a background check and drug test for the position.
