Hotel Management Couple - Paignton UK

We are looking for an experienced couple to manage the day to day operation of this seafront hotel.

This hotel is owned by a charity and has a community mission as well as the normal hotel operations

The responsibilities will include:

Managing and maximising reservations

Setting and maintaining service standards

Managing staffing and other costs within budget

Working with organisations using the facilities

Managing Health and safety and maintenance

This is an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic couple to help make the hotel a success

The closing date for this role is 8th March 2019

Job Type

The role will be residential and on call cover will be expected during the night

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Experience of Hotel Management, ideally as a working couple

Knowledge of Health and Safety in a hotel environment

Experience of running events and activities
